Gamma Più has always paid great attention to young hairstylists by setting up a series of activities and projects to help and support young talents to enter the job market and become professionals.

Among the various initiatives undertaken over the years, Gamma Più opened the doors of its Factory to its clients by organising tours of the various manufacturing departments and extended the initiative to students of professional hair styling academies as well.

During the tours, our experts illustrate the various technical aspects of the products by focusing on the design and development stage and try to transmit all their knowledge to choose the right equipment and use it correctly.

The activity then continues with a tour of the company’s departments, during which visitors have the chance to get a close view of an Italian business during the creation and assembly of the instruments that will be right by their side when they work.

With this initiative, Gamma Più is trying to help educate young generations of hair stylists by stimulating their sense of judgment based on the knowledge of their professional electric tools in order to help them choose them correctly and assess costs and performance.
